Instruction

I forgot my Password
If you forgot your password, go to the forgot password and click on "Forgot Password". Enter the Gmail account you used during registration. A reset link will be sent to your email where you can create a new password. After setting your new password, you can log in again.
I forgot my Student Number
If you have forgotten your Student Number, please proceed to the Registrar’s Office and present a valid ID to verify your records and retrieve your Student Number. You may also contact the administrator via email at norhankuyab@gmail.com for further assistance.

How to request document
Login to your student account, go to the “Request Document” section, fill out the request form, upload necessary requirements (if any), and click Submit. You can view the status of your request anytime in the “My Requests” tab
How do I create my account?
To create your account, click the Login button on the homepage. On the login page, you will find a link that directs you to the registration form. Click this link and complete all the required information to register in the system. Once you have submitted your registration, please wait for the administrator’s approval. You will receive an SMS notification once your account has been verified and activated.
How to Track Your Document Request?
To track your document request, please ensure you have your Control Number and Student ID readily available. You can track the status of your request by visiting our tracking page: Track Your Document Request
How can I know when the document I requested is ready to release?
A requested document shall only be considered ready for release once the requester receives an official SMS notification from the authorized administrator. The SMS serves as the sole confirmation that the document has been processed, verified, and approved for release. Without this notification, the document is not yet available for claiming or distribution

Records will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes stated above or as mandated by law. Once the retention period lapses, records shall be securely disposed of.
